<p><strong> Summary</strong></p>
<p>We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Systems analyst to take on requirements analysis.<br />
Working as a part of the Technology team, you will work with the technical delivery teams, Product<br />
Owners, and business stakeholders.<br />
The Systems Analyst role is a mix of project management, gathering requirements, design, delivery<br />
and implementation.</p>
<p><strong>About role</strong></p>
<p>• Review legacy undocumented features and implementations at a low level to better understand<br />
integration points and data flows<br />
• Examines existing software and determines requirements for new/modified systems in the light of<br />
business needs<br />
• Maintains database structures<br />
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate these into technical requirements<br />
• Evaluate 3rd party platforms and systems for compatibility with requirements<br />
• Generate detailed system designs suitable for technical implementation<br />
• Support the business with the implementation of new system changes<br />
• Writes operational documentation and provides subsequent support and training for the users<br />
Technical skills<br />
• Extensive technical IT experience supporting applications/systems in production environment<br />
• Technical knowledge in application development as well as Windows infrastructure knowledge<br />
covering Workstation and Servers<br />
• Understanding of networking fundamentals and basic database administration<br />
• Understanding of Devops with understanding utilising Agile methodologies such as Scrum &amp;<br />
Kanban to deliver project requirements</p>
<p><strong>Personal attributes</strong></p>
<p>• You are comfortable facilitating requirements workshops and meetings at all stages of product<br />
discovery, using several tools and processes to extract requirements, agree use cases and get<br />
alignment<br />
• You are a problem solver who loves understanding the data and how it leads to actionable insights. A deep technical understanding is an advantage<br />
• You are a confident and clear communicator, happy to be involved in multiple projects at any given time<br />
• You are confident writing stories, and are also confident writing clear acceptance criteria<br />
• You understand how to model non-functional requirements for a team<br />
• You will ensure that requirements are understood, leading the definition and quality of stories<br />
within the team<br />
