 Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Systems analyst to take on requirements analysis.
Working as a part of the Technology team, you will work with the technical delivery teams, Product
Owners, and business stakeholders.
The Systems Analyst role is a mix of project management, gathering requirements, design, delivery
and implementation.

About role

• Review legacy undocumented features and implementations at a low level to better understand
integration points and data flows
• Examines existing software and determines requirements for new/modified systems in the light of
business needs
• Maintains database structures
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate these into technical requirements
• Evaluate 3rd party platforms and systems for compatibility with requirements
• Generate detailed system designs suitable for technical implementation
• Support the business with the implementation of new system changes
• Writes operational documentation and provides subsequent support and training for the users
Technical skills
• Extensive technical IT experience supporting applications/systems in production environment
• Technical knowledge in application development as well as Windows infrastructure knowledge
covering Workstation and Servers
• Understanding of networking fundamentals and basic database administration
• Understanding of Devops with understanding utilising Agile methodologies such as Scrum &
Kanban to deliver project requirements

Personal attributes

• You are comfortable facilitating requirements workshops and meetings at all stages of product
discovery, using several tools and processes to extract requirements, agree use cases and get
alignment
• You are a problem solver who loves understanding the data and how it leads to actionable insights. A deep technical understanding is an advantage
• You are a confident and clear communicator, happy to be involved in multiple projects at any given time
• You are confident writing stories, and are also confident writing clear acceptance criteria
• You understand how to model non-functional requirements for a team
• You will ensure that requirements are understood, leading the definition and quality of stories
within the team
